Your Questions, Answered

  • If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are seeking support to understand your experiences and make meaningful change, therapy can help. It’s normal to feel unsure—taking the first step is part of the process.

  • I work with a wide range of concerns, including:

    • Anxiety and stress

    • Depression and low mood

    • Trauma and grief

    • Perinatal and postnatal support

    • Workplace or professional stress

    • Relationship difficulties

    • Life transitions and self-discovery

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form — we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other in a safe and supportive space. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll explain how therapy works, answer any questions you have, and together we’ll begin exploring practical ways to support your wellbeing and personal growth.

  • Sessions typically last 50–60 minutes, unless otherwise arranged. This allows enough time to explore your concerns while maintaining focus and structure.

  • Frequency varies depending on your needs. Many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust over time. We’ll work together to find a schedule that suits your goals and lifestyle.

  • Telehealth allows you to attend therapy sessions online using a secure video platform, so you can connect from the comfort of your home or anywhere in Australia. Before your first session, you’ll receive instructions on how to join the session, along with guidance on ensuring privacy and a quiet, safe space. Sessions work the same way as in-person therapy, allowing us to explore your experiences, build insight, and work toward your goals together.
